Best known as “Dapper’s Power Trio”, they have been with Dapper Auto Grooming since its inception. They are part of Dapper’s growing family of car craftsmen, who are trained to give you premium automotive aesthetic care that won’t deplete your budget. 

“Dito sa Dapper Auto Grooming, you’re sure na pulido, maayos, at quality kami gumawa,” said Reymond. 

Joshua added, “Kasi pinakagusto ko sa pagtatrabaho sa Dapper, ‘yung naa-appreciate ng mga customer ‘yung mga gawa namin. Sobrang worth it ang pagod.

“Hindi kayo magsisisi kasi siguradong pulido at quality. Kasi may mga training din kaming pinapasukan, kaya lagi kaming may bagong natututunan,” Christian said.

The Power Trio also shares their knowledge and expertise with new Dapper employees, as a testament to the continuous learning process that every Dapper employee has to further their craft. 

“Masaya rin ‘yung naishe-share namin ‘yung kaalaman namin sa mga bagong trabahante,” said Christian.

“Sobrang ganda po ng environment sa Dapper, parang pamilya na po ang turing sa isa’t isa, hindi iba ang tingin sa amin ng mga boss,” said Joshua. 

Even with the hurdles Dapper encountered during the pandemic, the business stayed true to its employee-first credo.

”Hindi nila kami pinabayaan lalo na nitong pandemic. Ang laking tulong pati na rin sa pamilya ko, kaya sobrang thankful ako,” said Joshua and Reymond. 

For Christian, a single father, “Natulungan ako ng Dapper, sa sitwasyon kong ako na lang ang nag-aalaga sa anak ko, sobrang thankful ako.”
